    การฝึกอบรม เรื่อง สายประกอบไฮดรอลิค (Hose Assembly Parts)

    ได้เข้าไปทำการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน  (In-House training) ในเรื่อง Hose Parts เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มพูน ประสบการณ์,  ความชำนาญ  และมีความมั่นใจ  ในการทำอะไหล่  Hose Parts ในโครงการจัดตั้งห้องอัดสายไฮดรอลิค เป็นของตนเองในเหมือง สำหรับงาน PM Combine Service เพื่อการรองรับงานในอนาคต
    นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานต่อเนื่องจากงาน Recondition Work พร้อมทั้ง หัวข้อเรื่องที่ฝึกอบรมพนักงาน ดังรายละเอียด ต่อไปนี้  :-

    HOSE WORKSHOP LAYOUT  ( ห้องอัดสายไฮดรอลิค ), J.  Mining Overburden

    As per our proposal if you request on the Swager , Onsite Service for Heavy Duty  Machineries  and hydraulic hose assembly facilities , herewith we are pleased to advise and locate our  hose workshop layout for your area size less than < 4 M. x 9 M. Or  7 M. X 7 M. (approx. 36 – 50 s.q.m) , please kindly find attached copy of the layout and you will design on your side due to the size of the machine and quantity of the stocks you would like to put in your workshop.
    Assuming the materials will be from the right side doors. The materials would be received into stock and the finished products despatched the same route.
      1     The hose is taken from the hose rack and placed onto the turn-table.
      2    The hose is measured across the cutter along the channel if  necessary.
      3    The hose can be skived if required. The fittings are selected from the fittings-rack and the hoses assembled on the bench.
      4    The assembled hose are taken across to be swaged.
      5    The hoses can be tested, if required and then cleaned, packed and despatched.
    The objective is to have a flow of manufacturer from goods inwards through manufacture and out through dispatch with the minimum of traveling across the workshop to perform individual task.
