Paint Agitator 2AM-AG40RE : Agitator
The paint room supervisor in the night shift urgently called me to solve the flocculate problem on Automotive-paint last night.
I then changed the needle valve to be a bigger ball valve ( full ball operture ) to increase the flow rate and round speed of 2AM-AG40 paint mixer.
I did the same as I usually practice , even I have busy with the expanded business and service to support new territory.
I then took apart the spray gun and check the spare-parts needed for recondition and tune-up work.
